Call for Proposals: Agency Partnerships
Housing Solutions and A Way Home for Tulsa are soliciting proposals from qualified agencies for the following two initiatives:
1. Brand, Creative & Content Partner
We are seeking an agency partner to provide ongoing creative support on a monthly retainer basis. This role will function as an extension of our internal communications team.

Core Responsibilities: Strategic content development, copywriting, and visual design.

Requirements: Proven experience in nonprofit communications, the ability to manage complex project briefs, and a track record of consistent, high-quality production.

2. Website Redevelopment Project
We are seeking a development partner to execute a comprehensive redesign of our web properties (Housing Solutions and A Way Home for Tulsa).

Technical Requirements: The primary objective is to create a CMS-driven platform that allows our non-technical staff and data team to independently manage content, update data-driven widgets, and maintain site security post-launch.

Scope: Discovery, information architecture, wireframing, UI/UX, accessibility compliance, content migration, and post-launch maintenance planning.
