We also connect individuals with housing-supportive services, ensuring that all parties have the support they need to make homelessness in Tulsa rare, brief, and non-recurring.

Our Housing Navigators assist tenants and landlords with community resource navigation, tenant education, and post-eviction housing support. Services are inclusive of specialized resources for tribal citizens, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and veterans.

If you are struggling with a civil legal issue, or don’t understand your legal rights, there’s hope. If you qualify as low-income, the attorneys and paralegals at LASO can help with civil, non-criminal cases.
LASO also has several Special Projects that may be of assistance to you and your family:
HOMELESS LEGAL ASSISTANCE PROJECT
This project assists with the legal problems of individuals who are, or are about to become, homeless. Both the Tulsa and Oklahoma City Law Offices, have Homeless Legal Assistance Projects.

RIGHT TO COUNSEL PROGRAM
If you are having problems with your landlord, you have the right to get legal advice and assistance. This is your “right to counsel” and it applies to any issues with your landlord or eviction proceedings you face.
Tenants at risk of eviction should contact LASO at (918) 984-4636 as soon as issues with housing or their landlord arise.
