2021 Point-in-Time Count
The Point-in-Time (PIT) count is a count of sheltered and unsheltered people experiencing homelessness. This year, the PIT Count in Tulsa will be on January 28th and last through February 1st. Even though this count happens across the country, each count is planned, coordinated, and carried out locally. The annual point-in-time counts result in the most reliable estimate of people experiencing homelessness in the United States.
