The winter is the hardest time of the year to experience homelessness and the busiest time of year for homeless agencies.

There are many ways to help, including volunteering, fundraising and donating. Read our guide to helping here. 

Here’s a list of AWH4T agencies to donate items to this winter:

Youth Services of Tulsa, 311 S. Madison Ave.
Delivery hours are 8:30 a.m.-6 p.m., Monday-Thursday; and 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m., Friday.
Most needed items: socks, underwear, tents and cold-weather sleeping bags.

Tulsa Day Center, 415 W. Archer St.
Delivers are accepted at the westside loading dock every day, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
Most needed items: underwear, socks, tennis shoes and winter clothes.

Counseling and Recovery Services of Oklahoma, 7010 S. Yale Ave.

Most needed items: beds, tables, couches and chairs to furnish apartments. 

DVIS, 3124 E. Apache St.
Most needed items: sheet sets, toiletries, children/teen puzzles and game.

The Spring Shelter Inc. 
Most needed items: shampoo, conditioner, bodywash and paper towels.
