AWH4T is a collective impact of over 30 voting organizations that exists to plan and implement strategies that support a system of outreach, engagement, assessment, prevention and evaluation for those experiencing homelessness, or those persons at risk of homelessness, within Tulsa City/County.

2022 point-in-time count data.

On the night of January 27, 2022, a total of 1,063 individuals, including children, were experiencing homelessness in Tulsa. We use Tulsa’s Homeless Management Information System and in-person surveys to determine the total number. The numbers below only reflect those who were counted in-person.

Sarah Grounds is the Executive Director of the City Lights Foundation, an organization that she co-founded in 2013. They started as a grassroots effort called Night Light Tulsa. Night Light is a weekly outreach under a bridge in downtown Tulsa.
